THREE SIMPLE STEPS

How to use image to base64

  1. Choose an image up to 5 MiB.
  2. Review the generated data URL or HTML snippet.
  3. Copy the result or download it as a text file.
Good to know

Base64 is an encoding, not compression or encryption. It increases the data size compared with the original binary file. Avoid embedding large images in HTML or CSS; normal image URLs are usually easier to cache.

A few useful answers
